Ciao! Today I’ll be talking about one of my favourite places, Italy! Here are some basic facts:

• The capital of Italy is Rome.
• A major religion is Roman Catholic.
• It borders Austria and France.
• 2023 population: 58.9 million
• 67% of people are roman catholic

So where was I before I was rudely interrupted? Oh! I just taught you the basics. Italy is known to thousands just by its food! Some of my favourites are pizza, pasta, and gelato.

There are also many landmarks. Some of my favourites are the following, ruins of Pompeii, the coliseum, and the leaning tower of Pisa. There are many more including countless ruins and old churches.
