Beavers
Beavers are incredible animals and you will see why. I am going to share some facts about beavers.
1. Beavers are actually better at swimming than running. You can probably catch up with a beaver on land but once they enter the water you will fall behind.
2. Beavers make huge homes called dams but they actually live in structures within the dam called lodges.
3. Beaver teeth never stop growing. They need evergrowing teeth to cut down trees.
4. Beavers have orange teeth and they are technically made of metal. The teeth contain traces of iron and magnesium.
5. Beavers, as you know, are on the Canadian nickle.
Pollution
Hi! It’s me again, today we’re talking about pollution and other issues with the environment. We will start by talking about pollution. Pollution is something that hurts the environment such as garbage, gases, and sewage. Us humans are making lots of gas from factories, cars, and even some lawnmowers! There’s also land pollution. Land pollution is caused by garbage being thrown on the ground also known as littering. Last but not least there is water pollution. Water pollution is caused by dumping sewage and other very gross substances in the water. I would love for pollution to disappear. But us humans are doing other things that damage the ecosystem such as illegal hunting. In case you don’t know, illegal hunting, also known as poaching is where people illegally kill animals. Poaching is especially common in Africa where they kill elephants and rhinoceroses. These animals have Horns made of ivory which is a material that used to be used to make piano keys and other things. Trading ivory is illegal but people still do it. Now there’s logging. In case you don’t know, logging is where people cut down trees and destroy habitats. This is really bad because trees help turn carbon dioxide into oxygen and it is really important.
Now here is habitat loss. Habitat loss is where an animal’s habitat is destroyed. Habitat loss can be caused by things like logging, global warming, and creation of new factories.Here are some of the ways you can help:
1.Bikes Please! Riding your bike is not only good for the environment, but also good for you!
2.Who turned on the lights! To save energy turn off the lights if you are out of the room for more than 5:min. (Unless your little sis is in the room!)
3.3 Rs! Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle!
4.Don’t. Take. Long. Showers. Your mother has told you! Your father has told you! It’s not only rude to use up the hot water but it is also very bad for the environment!
All About Me
As said in the title of this document this is all about me! Now to get started. My favourite colour is neon pink, my favourite food is anything chocolate, and my favourite sport is gymnastics. I take lessons every Sunday. I have two sisters, two loving parents, a cat, a fish, and two snails.I love math, language arts, French, Hebrew, and reading. Basically I love school! I am not a picky eater because I know I’ll get dessert! My favourite way of writing is on an iPad because one, my hand doesn’t get tired and two, no mistakes!

My Cat Snowy
I have a cat named Snowy and I love her with all my heart. She does bite and scratch, but I don’t mind. She is such a good kitty. I don’t know how I could keep myself from going mad during lockdown without her! She is such an important part of my life. It was so sad when I had to leave her behind when I went to Florida. A few weeks ago she celebrated her first birthday! My sister is allergic to cats but it is not bad. Its spring! Can you blame her? I love my cat so much I would jump into my grandparents pool with nothing but a bikini just to see her! The point is, I love my cat, would you?
